Gathers, researches, reviews and analyses data related to an investment opportunity which may include company information, company financials, economic and market trends. Provides and presents the analysis/data, recommendations or advice to an investment/fund manager and/or committee.
Responsible for the ongoing administrative implementation and monitoring of investment decisions. Establishes collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. Assists with reporting on the existing investments. Creates and provides various reports on investment performance and progress against indicators and metrics.
Manages and oversees financial activities of a business, producing management reporting and co-ordinating audit function and statutory reporting.
Devises, co-ordinates all marketing strategies and activities for an organization via either direct, traditional and/or social media. Builds collaborative relationships with all stakeholders by being informative and proactive in managing the relationships, to ensure consistency in the positioning of the organisation
Provides legal advice and recommendations to the organization. Reviews, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements. Represents the organization in legal matters. Manages and mitigates against legal risks by drafting and implementing relevant policies. Ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations.
Develops and designs concepts for product illustrations, customer reporting, company logos, branding, and website design from company requirements. Manages these requirements from typesetting to print/production. Finalises approved designs and adapts designs to meet various media requirements.
Researches, designs, implements and manages software programmes. Assesses existing software programmes for operational efficiencies and practicality and where necessary, develops code or makes recommendations for modifications, improvements, or upgrades. Ensures quality assurance of existing or developed software.
Monitors and manages all compliance matters including statutory, legal, and industry-specific requirements. Assesses level of compliance and recommends corrective actions where necessary. Sets and monitors practices and procedures as well as indicators to assist in managing and monitoring fund/investment managers
Collects and compiles data from various media or information sources that may be relevant to an organization/project and ensures data quality, completeness and integrity to enhance daily operations and decision making.Applies technical expertise to ensure data quality and integrity. Presents this data in a manner that aides decision making. Provides quality assurance of imported data. Manages and designs the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and generates reports from single or multiple systems.
